Writing S.M.A.R.T.E.R. Recommendations

I have used the SMARTER acronym for a number of years as a means of testing the quality or relevance of my corrective actions in routine investigations.   The other terms in the three right hand boxes are variations of the SMARTER acronym.

If your are looking for a corrective actions validation method there are more than enough terms here to use for a checklist of attributes you need to ensure your corrective actions do what you intended, reduce the potential of future incidents!
