Investigation Basics


Audience: First responders to incident scenes, supervisors, safety committee members and others required to investigate routine workplace incidents or who might initiate an investigation. 
Experience Level:       No previous subject knowledge is required. This is an introductory course.
Objectives:

Participants will develop an appreciation of the critical steps that must be taken to preserve evidence and to identify potential witnesses as part of a first response to an incident.

In addition, they will analyze evidence to identify root causes in more routine situation.
